General Policy
ParliamentHits's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. ParliamentHits reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by ParliamentHits if ParliamentHits determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
ParliamentHits forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal.This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
Absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders, PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups, Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Paid-To-Promote sites, Hop.Clickbank sites, Blogspot.com sites, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL than submitted (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service). No Adult, Pharmacy, Warez or Illegal Content or links to them! Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost!
If users submit "bad" sites repeatedly, their accounts will be terminated immediately.
FRAUD - If ParliamentHits even have the slightest suspicion that you are trying to cheat ParliamentHits your account will be terminated immediately!
You are allowed to have 2 sites with the same URL/Domain ONLY!
Members must have at least one valid site in rotation at all times with credits assigned.
Note that in order for FREE accounts to remain active, you must login to your account at least once every 90 days. Otherwise, your account may be suspended and all of your sites will be removed from rotation. Accounts cannot receive referral credits while suspended. If no activity after 120 days, account may be irreversibly deleted and all credits and funds will be lost. The above restrictions do not apply to PAID accounts from any paid plan.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. ParliamentHits reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of ParliamentHits's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately cancelled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ParliamentHits for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. ParliamentHits will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
ParliamentHits will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. ParliamentHits cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. ParliamentHits reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that ParliamentHits services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Any time we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. ParliamentHits shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
